About the Platform
Medicity University provides online medical education content, including video lectures, presentation (PPT) study materials, and self-assessment skill tests, intended for medical students, doctors, and allied health professionals. The content is for educational purposes only and does not replace formal medical qualification, clinical judgment, or hands-on training requirements.

Accounts
You must provide accurate information (name, email, phone number, country, specialization) when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must be a medical student, healthcare professional, or person with a legitimate educational interest to use the platform.

Subscriptions and Payment
Free accounts can access designated preview lessons and free study materials. Full access to all lectures, materials, and tests requires a paid subscription (Monthly USD $17 or Yearly USD $100, or as displayed on the website at the time of purchase). Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store your card details.

Subscription access is activated on the email address of your account, normally within a few hours of successful payment. Access automatically ends when your subscription period expires, unless renewed. Prices may change; changes apply to future purchases only.

Refunds and Cancellation
Subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing. For cancellation or refund requests, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 86865 82020 or email admission@themedicity.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Device Limit and Account Sharing
An account may be used on a maximum of four (4) devices. Logging in on an additional device automatically signs out the oldest device. Sharing account credentials beyond your personal use is prohibited and may result in suspension (“pausing”) or termination of the account without refund.

Intellectual Property and Content Protection
All content on the platform — video lectures, presentations, test questions, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of The Medicity or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may view content for personal education only. You must not download, record, screen-capture, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any content. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse, hack, or attempt to bypass access controls of the platform; (b) upload harmful code; (c) use the content to provide competing services; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Educational Disclaimer
Content is provided for continuing education. Clinical techniques shown in lectures must only be performed by qualified professionals within their licensed scope of practice and applicable regulations. We are not liable for clinical decisions made by users.

Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, modify, or remove content, features, or plans. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
